Welcome to SnuggleBerry. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
All items are made to order. Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if there is a problem with payment, and you will receive a full refund.
Personalization
You are responsible for the names, spelling and options you choose. Items are made exactly as entered at checkout.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Sale prices are valid while the sale lasts. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
Product photos
We do our best to show colors and details accurately. Because every item is handmade or made to order, small differences in color, wood grain and placement can happen.
Safety
Our toys are made for little ones, but adult supervision is always recommended. Small pieces may not be suitable for children under 3 who still put things in their mouths.
Shipping and returns
Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy for details.
